Business Need

A growing business was straining against the limits of their Act! database.  Working with many partners, on many websites using third-party webform tools large parts of the day were spent manually loading leads and managing excel exports.

Nothing communicated with each other, manual processes were in place everywhere - limiting the ability of the business to expand.

What we did

Our Webforms system was implemented to link all of the partner lead-capture websites to the CRM. With this in place, new lead data was automatically sent into the CRM, eliminating cumbersome loading of csv files and automatically allocating the leads to each partner.

Our Autoresponders system, implemented in workflow was used when webforms were completed, allowing automated email marketing to be performed and tracked within the CRM itself.

We connected to the Commonwealth Bank's credit card system, allowing the business to use our billing engine to charge recurring fees automatically, rather than manually calling each customer every month.

Our MYOB Accounting Link was used to eliminate manual data-entry into the accounting system, and we additionally interfaced to the OmNovia conferencing system.

Benefits to the client

The client achieved the benefits of integration, resulting in much less redundant data entry, copying and pasting of data from system to system.

Results

The reliability and efficiency of the new system has meant that the business can scale up their operations with no appreciable change in effort. An example of the better efficiency is the OmNovia and banking integration, all of which used to require manual effort at each step and is now a single-click process.

The ease of use and power of Total Enterprise CRM has resulted in improved staff efficiency and satisfaction.
